It is my belief that what it takes to thrive in the 21st century job market is complex. It is my contention that our current school curriculum is critically void of the caliber of training, education and experiences that young people need to be ready to truly contribute in today’s rapidly changing world.

I believe that it is the responsibility of those of us in the business community to train young adults who are interested in making the world a better place

It is my life’s mission to connect these through the “Real Life, Real Experience” program.

The result of this is that teenagers who have been through our programs get real life and real world skills. This for me is both a moral consideration and a very realistic consideration.
